Bonjour, Membre actif d'une section locale de la LMDE (Mutuelle des étudiants), et ayant participé à des échanges avec la mutualité socialiste belge, je ne comprends pas l'absence de statuts européens des mutuelles, qui pourraient pourtant faciliter les échanges. Ces mutuelles n'ayant pas de statut européen, elles se trouvent dans une situation de concurrence déloyale. Le mutualisme est, en France, une part importante de l'identité du mouvement étudiant (cf : Charte de Grenoble). Cette question mérite indéniablement des réponses concrètes et efficaces. Merci de m'informer d'éventuelles changements législatifs dans ce secteur. P.G

En 2006, la question avait été posée lors d'un congrés: "l’Europe et la mutualité". http://www.viva.presse.fr/Un-statut-europeen-pour-les_6966.html Depuis il n'y a eu malheureusement peu, voir même pas du tout d'évolution de ce projet. L'espoir qui était envisagé était la présidence européenne de la France en 2008 mais en vain. En effet tant que les Etats ne souhaiteront pas se saisir de la question celle-ci ne restera qu'un projet. http://www.socialeconomy.eu.org/spip.php?article686 Voilà G.D.
