Target institution : EU comission
Problem status :
Kosovo is almost new state in the world recognized from:
86 state in the world
22 state of European Union besides Slovakia, Spain, Romania, Cipro and Greece. They are not recognized Kosovo as they were declare because of their intern problems so, I need from anybody to collaborate for this issue to find any solution that these five country in the future to accept Kosovo as a new country in the world especially in Europe and hopefully in the nearest future in European Union (by the plural percentage of interest citizens in Kosovo to integrate in EU).
My idea is to find kind of packet that can be acceptably from five states and normally without damage of their intern interest and in the other hand will be useful for progress of Kosovo and other states or neighborhood around.
I know that this is hard to do but, also I know that most of the citizen of Kosovo wants to join your democratic family one day and breathe air of EU. Also, I believe that the citizens of these five states wants to have sociable people and friendly too (because they want to integrate in democratic family as you are).
I wrote this problem hopefully together with interesting people and readers as you are, could find solution that will be useful and in the same time profitable for everybody especially for people of Kosovo who are very isolated in this moment and which are very interesting to have their future in democratic society.
Every of your answer via best solution is a goodness of 2 million people.

It seems that recognition by the rest of the EU members hinges on Serbia recognizing Kosovo. Based on Serbia's position, that does not seem to be likely any time soon.

However, with the Brussels agreement, we can see that steps have been taken to normalize relations between the two governments. Perhaps by further focusing on normalizing relations by setting small goals and achieving them, the relationship can be built up to the point where Serbia would recognize Kosovo and allow the remaining EU countries to recognize it. One thing to note is that this process will be a long one that could take many years.
